For example, adoption and foster applications may be handled through AnimalsFirst, owner-surrender information may be submitted through Google Forms, donations may be processed through Zeffy, and merchandise is provided through the NWWBR store hosted by Fourthwall.
When you leave workingdogsnw.org or submit information directly to one of those services, that provider’s own privacy practices and terms apply. NWWBR may receive information from those services as needed to carry out the activity you requested.
We do not sell personal information.
NWWBR does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, veterinary clinics, rescue partners, foster or adoption personnel, professional advisors, or other parties when reasonably necessary to respond to your request, operate the rescue, protect animals or people, comply with law, or protect the rights and safety of NWWBR and others.
Keeping information only as needed
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for rescue operations, recordkeeping, legal or insurance obligations, and the purpose for which it was collected. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email system, or online service can guarantee absolute security.
This website is intended for adults.
Our adoption, foster, volunteer, surrender, and donation processes are intended to be completed by adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information directly from children through this website.
